SPWD e-Shop online Account

By creating an account at SPWD e-Shop you will be able to shop faster, be up to date on your order status and keep track of the orders you have previously made. Online Member accounts are free and there is no purchase necessary to open an account. Customers can access and update their details by logging into SPWD e-Shop web site. You can use the If you've forgotten your password, you can use the ‘Forgot Password?’ button from the login screen to have it emailed to your contact email address. Customers agree to take responsibility for the safe keeping of your user name and password. You are liable if your user name or password is used by an unauthorised person. Customers are advise to maintain and update the information to ensure accuracy at all times. SPWD e-Shop may suspend or cancel your account at any time without prior notice.

Orders

• Prices are accurate at the time of listing.
• SPWD e-Shop may vary prices in the event of price changes or mistakes made by suppliers.
• Customers can placed orders through our website (preferred) or by Fax (please supply your payment details with your fax order).
• All orders are subject to confirmation and acceptance by SPWD staff.
• SPWD may reply to your orders with confirmation of stock availability, price, postage & handling fees and payment options.
• If Customers agreed with the orders, please make payment of your chosen option and notify us after completed payment.
• Orders will be shipped following payment verification.

Postage and Handling fees

Customers pay for Postage and Handling charges (including return item for replacement/ re-delivery). Unless it is specified as "Free Postage".All items are sent via courier or via New Zealand post (New Zealand Wide)
The shipping fee will be calculate automatically during checkout process based on the weight or awkwardness of the total order (large size etc)Note: Some item may cost more depend on physical dimension and regional areas, in which case, we may notify you before sale is finalised.

Warranty

• All goods sold by SPWD e-Shop come with one year manufacturer's Return To Base warranty.
• Various Goods may have extended 2 to 3 years manufacturers warranty.
• Warranty is not transferable. Warranty will void if label is removed or goods are found physically damaged.
• SPWD e-Shop will not accept or replace any damaged goods caused by misuse or improper handling.
• SPWD only provide advance replacement if items found to be DOA and depending on stock availability.
• All sales are final. Refunds are made only if a replacement is not available.
• We shall not be held liable for any loss or damages caused to data or other hardware parts due to faulty or incompatibility issues.
• Warranty does not include software issues or loss of data.

Shipping

• All items ship via Courier or via New Zealand post (New Zealand Wide).
• Items will be ship within 1-3 working days (usually same day or next day) after we verified your payment unless items are out of stock, in which case order may be shipped in parts, in this case we'll inform you as soon as possible. When your order is shipped, we will notify you via E-mail on shipping confirmation, your order tracking number will be provided where possible (depends on shipping method).
• We shall not be held liable for delay due to stock shortage or during shipment.

Returns

• Please contact us via E-mail at itsales@spwd.co.nz. Returns may not be accepted without valid invoice & RA numbers. For faster services, please provide the following information for a return order: customer name, invoice number, serial number and the reason for the return. Due to large percentages of returned goods found to be not faulty and to avoid unnecessary postage cost back and forth plus testing fees, please consult us before you send the items back.
• Shipping and handling fees are not refundable
• Returned Items must be in their original condition and include all the original packaging.
• It is the customer's responsibility for all Shipping charges on returned items unless the has been a shipping fault (wrong items sent).
• The customer is responsible for proper packaging of RA returns.
• All warranties will be void on items that are insufficiently or inaccurately packaged. If any items returned for warranty claims are determined to be physically damaged, the items will be returned to the customer at the customers cost.
• DOA (Dead On Arrival) items must be reported within 7 days from the time you received your goods. DOA items are eligible for an instant replacement if stock available.
• Wrongly sent goods must be return within 7 days of receipt to us un-opened and in original packaging. We'll send replacement goods to you at our own postage cost.
• Any items returned for warranty claims that test "OK" may incur $45 testing charge or 15% of purchased price.
• Replacement items turnaround time for warranty claims may depend on the suppliers or the distributors stock levels. We will try our best to speed up the process. Please understand the time involved for a warranty claim will include: our time to test the item, shipping back to the supplier, supplier’s own testing and replacement/repair and the shipping back to us.
